These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of middl8.live and the middl8 waitlist and Founding Roadie program (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

About Middl8

Middl8 operates a subscription platform that connects fans directly with touring artists and helps support the costs independent musicians incur while on tour.

• The membership fee compensates Middl8 for the content, production work, and community features it makes available to subscribers
• Subscribers have full discretion to choose which artists they follow and which content they view
• Once paid, membership fees become the sole property of Middl8 and are recognized entirely as Middl8's own revenue
• Middl8 retains sole discretion to consider subscriber content preferences as one factor in how it allocates resources toward artists
• Middl8 compensates artists for content creation and tour-related services on its own initiative and at its own expense; these payments are treated as ordinary business expenses of Middl8, not as a pass-through of subscriber funds
• No portion of the membership fee is set aside, earmarked, or held in trust for any artist or other third party
• Artists and other third parties have no rights under — and are not beneficiaries of — the agreement between Middl8 and its subscribers

Middl8 has not yet launched publicly. Joining the waitlist or securing a Founding Roadie reservation does not guarantee any specific launch date or that any particular feature will be available.

Waitlist and Founding Roadie Membership

• Waitlist (email only): You may join our waitlist by providing your name and email. No payment is required.
• Founding Roadie: You may reserve a Founding Roadie membership by providing a payment card. Your card is saved securely with Finix but the subscription will not activate and card will not be charged until Middl8 launches.

Billing and Cancellation

When Middl8 launches, your Founding Roadie membership will begin and your saved card will be charged for the billing option you chose: $6 per month, or $72 per year paid up front (twelve months at the monthly price — there is no annual discount). Memberships renew at the end of each month or year until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, including before your first charge, and you will not be charged after cancellation. Any benefits described as “founding” (such as a locked-in price or badge) are offered in good faith and subject to availability.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Middl8 name, logo, content, and design are owned by Middl8 and may not be used without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that middl8 will launch on any particular timeline.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, middl8 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
